Victorian Shopping Arcade

 

Okehampton is home to an original Victorian shopping arcade and surrounded by Georgian architecture. The arcade is home to a wide variety of small shops and tea rooms. During the summer the glass covered walkway allows sunlight to stream down into this busy little thoroughfare where local residents shop for groceries, clothing, electrical goods or while away an hour or two at one of the small cafes.
