Simmons Park Car Park  is a Pay and Display Car Park.

The Charging Period is:

• Saturday 8am - 12 midday
• Saturday 12 midday to Monday 8am FREE
• Bank Holidays FREE

Disabled drivers park for free.

Simmons Park Car Park Terms and Conditions

 

 1.     The Okehampton Town Council car park permit is for use in Simmons Park car park only.

 2.     Permits are only valid for use in the vehicle that bears the registration number recorded on the permit by Okehampton Town Council.

 3.     Altered or defaced permits are not valid.

 4.     The permit should be clearly displayed in the front windscreen, failure to clearly display the permit may result in a Penalty Charge Notice being issued.

 5.     The permit holder acknowledges that there will be periods when parking is either restricted or not available due to, e.g., Okehampton Spring Fair (May) and Autumn Fair (October) and the possibility of an additional Fair in June or July.  Permits are issued on the basis that the Council does not guarantee the availability of a parking space and the holder indemnifies the Town Council against any liability incurred through such non-availability.

 6.     No refunds on permits are given.

 7.     Permits will be replaced if the writing has faded or the permit holder changes vehicle registration, provided the original permit is returned to Okehampton Town Council.

 8.     The Council accepts no liability for the loss or damage to vehicles or contents.

 9.     Permits are issued in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Okehampton Town Council Civil Enforcement Off-Street Parking Places Order.
